十一月甲辰，诏广西钤辖进兵讨安化蛮。乙巳，诏宜、融州民尝从军役者，免今夏税，运粮者免其半。戊申，朝飨景灵宫。己酉，飨太庙及奉慈庙。庚戌，祀天地于圜丘，大赦，改元。百官上尊号曰宝元体天法道钦文聪武圣神孝德皇帝。乙卯，复奏举县令法。王曾薨。十二月癸亥朔，加恩百官。甲子，京师地震。丙寅，鄜延路言赵元昊反。甲戌，禁边人与元昊互市。己卯，奉宁军节度使、知永兴军夏竦兼泾原、秦凤路安抚使，振武军节度使、知延州范雍兼鄜延、环庆路安抚使。是岁，达州大水，黎州蛮来贡。
