《本紀第十七 哲宗一》
5  | 夏四月丙寅，初御紫宸殿。辛未，蠲元豐六年以前逋賦。甲戌，加李乾德同中書門下平章事，董氈檢校太尉。詔曰：「先皇帝臨御十有九年，建立政事以澤天下，而有司奉行失當，幾於煩擾，或茍且文具，不能布宣實惠。其申諭中外，協心奉令，以稱先帝惠安元元之意。」乙亥，詔以太皇太后生日為坤成節。丁丑，召呂公著侍讀。諭樞密、中書通議事都堂。詔遵先帝制，遣官察舉諸路監司之法。庚辰，呂惠卿遣兵入西界，破六砦，斬首六百餘級。辛己，遣使以先帝遺留物遺遼國及告即位，甲申，水部員外郎王諤非職言事，坐罰金。丙戌，以蕃官高福戰死，錄其子孫。丁亥，復蠲舊年逋賦。 |
