12  | 二月癸丑，以徽猷閣待制周聿為陜西宣諭使，監察御史方廷實宣諭三京、淮北。丁巳，以郭仲荀為太尉、東京同留守。慕洧寇環州。戊午，以知金州郭浩為陜西宣撫判官。壬戌，以李綱為湖南路安撫大使，張浚知福州，尋復資政殿大學士，為福建路安撫大使。命周聿、方廷實搜訪隱士。甲子，均定諸州縣月樁錢。己巳，以郭浩為陜西宣諭使。壬申，命修《徽宗實錄》。癸酉，詔盜賊已經招安而復嘯聚者，發兵加誅毋赦。是月，日中有黑子，月餘乃沒。江西統制官李貴以其軍歸楊沂中。 |
