63  | 八月癸酉，章惇等進《新修敕令式》。惇讀於帝前，其間有元豐所無而用元祐敕令修立者，帝曰：「元祐亦有可取乎？」惇等對曰：「取其善者。」甲戌，太原地震。戊寅，皇子生。辛巳，降德音於諸路：減囚罪一等，流以下釋之。乙酉，賜熙河路緡錢百萬撫納部族。丁亥，復修會州。癸巳，太白晝見。瞎徵降。甲午，建葭蘆戍為晉寧軍。丙申，保寧軍節度呂惠卿特授檢校司空。 |
