35  | 三月癸丑，用三省言，兩淮守帥宜久其任，二年後察其能否，以行賞罰。乙卯，裁減樞密院吏額一百十有四人。丁巳，詔步軍司權以三萬五千人為額。起復王抃僉知閣門事，專一措置三衙揀選官兵。贈彰國軍節度使大周仁為太尉。庚申，從太上皇、太上皇后幸聚景園。乙丑，以晁公武、王炎不協，罷四川制置司歸宣撫司。辛未，從太上皇、太上皇后幸聚景園。甲戌，裁減三省吏額七十人。戊寅，以知紹興府史浩為檢校少傅、保寧軍節度使。己卯，詔兩淮州縣官以繁簡易其任。復置江、浙、京湖、兩廣、福建等路都大發運使，以新知成都府史正志為之。 |
