78  | 十一月己亥，詔曲宴日輟後殿視事。辛丑，曹瑋平鬼留家族。壬寅，詔淮、浙、荊湖治放生池，禁漁採。乙卯，幸太一宮，大雪，帝謂宰相曰：「雪固豐稔之兆，第民力未充，慮失播種。卿等其務振勸，毋遺地利。」壬戌，契丹使耶律準來賀承天節。高麗使徐訥率女真首領入對崇政殿，獻方物。十二月丙寅，京城雪寒，給貧民粥，並瘞死者。乙亥，罷京城工役。丙子，嚴寒，放朝。丁丑，放逋負，釋繫囚。己卯，女真國人歸，給裝錢。高麗使徐訥賜射瑞聖園。辛卯，詔陜西緣邊鬻穀者勿算。壬辰，遣使緣汴河收瘞流尸。是歲，三佛齊、龜茲國來貢。諸路蝗，民饑。鎮戎軍風雹害稼，詔發廩振之，蠲租賦，貸其種糧。 |
