14  | 五年春正月戊戌，彗出西方，其長竟天。庚子，復置江、湖、淮、浙常平都倉。甲辰，以吳居厚為門下侍郎，劉逵為中書侍郎。乙巳，以星變，避殿損膳，詔求直言闕失。毀《元祐黨人碑》。復謫者仕籍，自今言者勿復彈糾。丁未，太白晝見，赦天下，除黨人一切之禁。權罷方田。戊申，詔侍從官奏封事。己酉，罷諸州歲貢供奉物。庚戌，詔崇寧以來左降者，各以存歿稍復其官，盡還諸徙者。辛亥，御殿復膳。壬子，罷圜土法。丁巳，罷書、畫、算、醫四學。壬戌，復書、畫、算學。 |
