35  | 十一月丙辰，復置漣水軍。庚申，獻鬼章於崇政殿，以罪當死，聽招其子及部屬歸以自贖。乙亥，大雪甚，民凍多死，詔加振恤，死無親屬者官瘞之。罷內殿承制試換文資格。丙子，決囚。十二月乙酉，賜諸軍及貧民錢。丙戌，興龍節，初上壽於紫宸殿。己丑，大寒，罷集英殿宴。壬辰，兀徵聲延部族老幼萬人渡河南，遣使廩食之，仍諭聲延勿失河北地。乙未，白虹貫日。壬寅，頒《元祐敕令式》。是冬，始閉汴口。 |
