59  | 八月甲辰，提舉東流故道李偉言：「大河自五月後日益暴漲，始由北京南沙堤第七鋪決口，水出於第三、第四鋪並清豐口一並東流。故道河槽深三丈至一丈以上，比去年尤為深快，頗減北流橫溢之患。然今已秋深，水當減落，若不稍加措置，慮致斷絕，即東流遂成淤澱。望下所屬官司，經畫沙堤等口分水利害，免淤故道，上誤國事。」詔吳安持與本路監司、北外丞司及李偉按視，具合措置事連書以聞。 |
