46  | 夏四月庚辰朔，詔：自冬徂春，天久不雨，民失東作。自四月一日始，避殿減膳，仰答譴告。癸未，程元鳳等以久旱乞解機務，詔不允。甲申，大雨。丙申，群臣三表請御正殿，從之。丁酉，詔田應己思州駐扎御前忠勝軍副都統制，往播州共築關隘防禦。己亥，臺臣朱熠劾沿江制置副使呂好問黃州之役貪酷誤事，詔褫職。乙巳，程元鳳罷，以觀文殿學士判福州，尋提舉洞霄宮。丙午，趙葵三辭免福建安撫使，詔授醴泉觀使兼侍讀。丁未，以丁大全為右丞相兼樞密使，林存同知樞密院事兼權參知政事，朱熠端明殿學士、簽書樞密院事。 |
