23  | 十一月丙申，親祀玉皇於朝元殿。甲辰，加王旦門下侍郎，向敏中中書侍郎，楚王元佐太師，相王元偓太傅，舒王元偁太保。內外官加恩。置玉清昭應宮使。以王旦為之。丁未，作《汴水發願文》。庚戌，詔允言朝參。乙卯，罷獻珍禽異獸。十二月甲子，置景福殿使。戊辰，作景靈宮。京師大寒，鬻官炭四十萬，減市直之半以濟貧民。壬申，改謚玄聖文宣王曰至聖文宣王。戊寅，溪峒張文喬等八百人來朝。己卯，知天雄軍寇準言獄空，詔獎之。乙酉，振泗州饑。丙戌，詔天慶等節日，民犯罪情輕者釋之。丁亥，立德妃劉氏為皇后。是歲，交州、甘州、西涼府、溪峒蠻來貢。京城、河北、淮南饑，減直鬻穀以濟流民。 |
