125  | 二月庚子，大赦天下。癸卯，上尊號曰應天尊道欽明仁孝皇帝。詔蘇、湖、秀州民饑，貸以廩粟。甲辰，制封丁謂為晉國公，馮拯為魏國公，曹利用為韓國公。庚戌，詔徐州振貧民。甲寅，對宰相於寢殿。帝不豫增劇，禱於山川神祇。戊午，帝大漸，遺詔皇太子於柩前即皇帝位。尊皇后為皇太后，權處分軍國事，淑妃為皇太妃。帝是日崩於延慶殿，年五十五，在位二十六年。十月己酉，葬永定陵。己未，祔太廟。天聖二年十一月，上尊謚曰文明武定章聖元孝皇帝，廟號真宗。慶歷七年，加謚膺符稽古神功讓德文明武定章聖元孝皇帝。 |
