21  | 冬十月戊午朔，大臣奏金帥書言四事，帝曰：「四州地、歲幣可與，名分、歸正人不可從。」辛酉，御殿復膳。己巳，遣護聖軍戍江南。丙子，詔慶上皇后教旨改稱聖旨。立賢妃夏氏為皇后。丁丑，地震。辛巳，升洪州為隆興府。詔：「江、淮軍馬調發應援，從都督府取旨，餘事悉以聞。」十一月己丑，盧仲賢自宿州以金都元帥僕散忠義遺三省、樞密院書來。庚子，遣王子望等為金國通問使。辛丑，詔侍從、臺諫於後省集議講和、遣使、禮數、土貢四事，仍各薦可備小使者。丙午，盧仲賢擅許四州，下大理寺，奪三官。召張浚。癸丑，以胡昉、楊由義為使金通問國信所審議官。 |
