5  | 冬十月戊午朔，賜百官及在外將校、長吏冬服。辛酉，契丹來賀乾明節。己巳，幸京城西北，觀衛士與契丹使騎射，遂宴苑中。己巳，群臣請舉樂，表三上，從之。丙子，詔禁天文卜相等書，私習者斬。辛巳，畋近郊。初榷酒酤。十一月丁亥朔，日有食之，既。庚寅，日南至，帝始受朝。甲午，遣李瀆等賀契丹正旦。丁酉，禁江南諸州新小錢，私鑄者棄市。癸丑，幸御龍弓箭直營，賜軍士錢帛有差。十二月丁巳朔，試諸州所送天文術士，隸司天臺，無取者黥配海島。庚午，畋近郊。癸酉，詔定晉州礬法，私煮及私販易者罪有差。辛巳，幸新水磑。高麗國王使其子元輔來賀即位。 |
