《本紀第五 太宗二》
24  | 四年春正月甲子朔，不受朝，群臣詣閣拜表稱賀。己卯，遣使按問西川、嶺南、江浙等路刑獄。丙戌，詔：「應行營將士戰敗潰散者並釋不問，緣邊城堡備御有勞可紀者所在以聞。瘞暴骸，死事者廩給其家，錄死事文武官子孫。蠲河北雍熙三年以前逋租，敵所蹂踐者給復三年，軍所過二年，餘一年。」二月丙申，以漢南國王錢俶為武勝軍節度使，徙封南陽國王。丁酉，繕治河北諸州、軍城隍。甲寅，錢俶改封許王。 |
