289  | 馬呈德，字大生，杞縣人。崇禎辛未進士，授陜西富平令。時闖賊作亂，陜無堅城，呈德率勵郷勇，斬獲甚衆，又増築附城，廣修各村堡寨，賊知有備，不敢犯，富平獲全。以薦擢刑部主事，部多未結大案，呈德據理分剖，聴斷如神。出為太平知府，過杞，值祖母殁，呈徳㓜為祖母，撫育慟絶復甦，嘔血數斗，抵任踰月卒，祀鄉賢。 |
