60  | 詔征天下兵勤王。命府部大臣各條戰守事宜，上候於文華殿，各札入。左都御史李邦華、少詹事項煜、右庶子李明睿皆言南遷及東宮監撫南京；上驟覽之，怒甚，曰：『諸臣言何為』！稍間，色漸平；心念寇日劇，言或可采，竟中寢不敢發。吏科都給事中吳麟征請棄山海關外寧遠、前屯二城，徙吳三桂入關屯宿近郊，以衛京師；廷臣皆以棄地非策，亦竟不行。 |
