136  | 甲戌，白水縣盜王二等合山西逃兵偽賈服掠蒲城、韓城之孝童淄川鎮。時承平久，猝被兵，人無固志；巡撫陝西都御史胡廷宴庸耄，惡聞盜，杖各縣報者曰：『此饑氓也！掠至明春後，自定耳』。於是各縣不以聞。盜偵知之，益恣；劫宜君縣獄，走苜蓿溝；通白水縣役楊發、蒲城王高等購邊盜王嘉胤等五、六千人，聚慶陽、延安之黃隴山，分三路掠鄜州、延安。 |
