| 13 | 何煟，字謙之，浙江山陰人，先世籍湖南靖州。雍正中，入貲授州同，效力江南河工。從大學士河道總督嵇曾筠修浙江尖山海塘，請補杭州東塘同知，避本籍，仍發江南河工。乾隆初，權豐碭通判，授桃源同知。十五年，擢河庫道。十六年，遷兩淮鹽運使，特敕兼管河務，以母憂去官。十九年，尚書劉統勛等奏論河庫帑項不清，奪煟官，擬徒，追償，拘留工次，久乃繳完免罪。二十二年，仍發南河以同知用。從侍郎夢麟疏濬荊山橋河工。從副總河嵇璜治淮、揚河務，超擢淮揚道。二十三年，丁父憂，總督尹繼善奏留在任守制，許之。 |
