44  | 乾隆四十一年，以所部墾地置朝陽縣。同治九年，以右翼旗箭丁等屢控扎薩克貝子索特那木色登科派太重，於是管旗章京阿阿尚等以因公派錢不能體恤，均革。熱河都統庫克吉泰因奏變通土默特比丁章程，申明交納丁錢舊章，箭丁子女不許妄行役使及隨侍陪嫁，八枝箭丁仍歸土默特管束。光緒十七年，敖漢部金丹道匪之變，是部同時被擾。事平，賑恤之。左翼有佐領八十，右翼有佐領九十，於諸旗為特多焉。 |
