51  | 十六年二月，以升泰為全權大臣，與印督定約八款：自布、坦交界之支英摯山起，至廓爾喀邊界止，分藏、哲界線；承認哲孟雄歸英保護；藏印通商、交涉、游牧三款俟議；簽約於印度孟加拉城；鈐印後，由大臣薛福成在倫敦互換。五月，給布魯克巴部長印。十七年三月，升泰奏移設納金要隘。八月，升泰奏稱改關游歷等部，藏番不遵開導，請仍在亞東立市。下所司知之。 |
