28  | 論曰：明內閣主旨擬，承旨撰敕，其在唐、宋，特知制誥之職。以王命所出入，密勿獻替，遂號為宰相。軍機處制與相類。世謂大學士非兼軍機處，不得為真宰相。勝此任者，非以其慎密，則以其通敏。慎密則不洩，通敏則不滯，不滯不洩，樞機之責盡矣。本，世宗舊臣，由敦、來保、綸、統勛次第入直。由敦左遷而未罷直，統勛罷而復入，尤以決疑定計見契於高宗，許為有古大臣風，亮哉！ |
