18  | 淅川直隶厅：繁，难。明复析内乡置县。道光十二年为厅。宣统元年升，改南汝光道为南汝光淅道。西：岵山。西北：簧锁里。丹水自陜西商南缘界迳荆子关，其北葛花山，其南丹崖。又东南，迳凌老龙山，其黑漆河入为淇河，迳花园关、岞客、独阜山注之。至城西南纳滔河，迳石杯、雷山至于村保，古商于三户城在焉。左会淅水。又东南迳太白、玉照山，缘内乡界入湖北均州。水经注「丹水自三户城迳丹水故城南、南乡县北，右合汋水」。汋即均，形之误。荆子关，县丞驻。峡口一镇。厅驿一。 |
| 11 | 同时应诏陈言者，有载垣等所议团练章程十条，贾桢等所拟办理章程八条。旋命顺天府府丞毛昶熙为督办河南团练大臣，南汝光道郑元善帮办团练事宜，按照怡亲王载垣等所拟章程办理。命户部右侍郎杜为督办山东团练大臣，登莱青道贡璜、登州府知府卢朝安帮办团练事宜，按照大学士贾桢等所拟条款，并参酌河南章程，体察情形办理。又以皖南地方紧要，应一律办团，令两江总督曾国藩察看情形，择其谙练军务素有人望者，酌保一人，即令督办皖南团练事宜。 |
