14  | 当唐末五季，以文宣公兼曲阜令。宋用孔氏支子，明至清初因之。自毓琚与广棨互讦坐罢官，廷议以衍圣公咨送易涉私，孔氏子领乡县，所隶皆亲属，审断亦未能悉公，拟更前例。御史卫廷璞疏言宜仍旧贯，鸿胪寺卿林令旭又请以衢州孔氏子孙为曲阜知县，下廷臣议，用廷璞言，仍令衍圣公咨送，巡抚考试题补。后十馀年，巡抚白锺山奏请改题缺。上谕曰：「阙里毓圣之乡，唐、宋以来，率以圣裔领县事。大宗主鬯，爵列上公。而知县以民事为职，奉法令，则以裁制伤恩；厚族党，则以偏私废事；非古易地而官之道，当如锺山议。仍别设世袭六品官，选孔氏子充补。」 |
