| 64 | 柯劭憼，字敬儒，山東膠州人。光緒十五年進士，即用知縣。亦官安徽，署貴池，補太湖。貴池自粵匪亂後，地丁冊為吏所匿，託言已毀。徵賦由吏包納，十不及四五，而浮收日甚，民苦之。劭憼知其弊，令花戶自封投櫃，吏百計撓之，不為動。民輸將恐後，增收銀二萬餘兩，民所節省數且倍。巡撫鄧華熙初聽浮言將奏劾，總督劉坤一曰：「柯令，皖中循吏，奈何登於彈章？」華熙悟，遂疏薦送覲，晉秩直隸州。劭憼為治清簡，斷獄明決，所至民愛戴。亦績學，善為古今體詩。時與葆田並稱儒吏。 |
