29  | 是部布木巴一旗为前旗，近吉林。嘉庆五年，吉林将军秀林奏以郭尔罗斯垦地置长春理事通判，并请分徵其租，上以非体斥之。十传至喀尔玛什迪，于光绪九年削扎萨克，公爵如故。以其族等台吉巴雅斯呼朗代为扎萨克。光绪十三年，复升长春厅为府。于是旗界内辽黄龙府旧地置农安县，隶之。三十四年，又以垦地增广，分置长岭县。宣统二年，分长春府地置德惠县。旋又定国家与蒙古分收民租例。是旗置郡县凡四，皆隶吉林。 |
