7  | 陳德榮，字廷彥，直隸安州人。康熙五十一年進士，授湖北枝江知縣。修百里洲堤，除轉餉雜派。雍正三年，遷貴州黔西知州，父憂歸。服闋，署威寧府。未幾，威寧改州，補大定知府。烏蒙土司叛，東川、鎮雄附之，德榮赴威寧防守。城陴頹圮，倉猝聚米桶，實土石，比次甃築，墉堞屹然。賊焚牛衛鎮，去城三十里，德榮日夜備戰，賊不敢逼。總兵哈元生援至，賊敗走。尋以母憂去官。服闋，授江西廣饒九南道。九江、大孤兩關錮弊盡革之。 |
