5  | 长春府：繁，疲，难。省西二百四十里。古扶馀国地。明初，三万卫。后属蒙古科尔沁部。清初属蒙古郭尔罗斯前旗，曰宽城子。嘉庆五年，于长春堡置长春厅。道光五年徙治，仍旧名。光绪十五年升。宣统元年，设西南路分巡兵备道，驻府。广三百二十里，袤一百七十里。北极高四十三度四十一分。京师偏东八度三十三分。西南：白龙驹山。俄筑东清铁路采石。光绪三十四年，与日本交涉封禁。西人谓世界最古石山，与英阿尔兰为二。西：龙泉、大青、对龙。南：伊通河自其州边门入，迳城东，又北，左会新开河，东北缘农安界，迳潘家岭，入德惠。东：驿马河，自双阳缘界，右岸及雾海河并北从之。朱家城照磨，光绪十六年由农安徙。官商路四：南入伊通门，达其州；东南十里堡达双阳；西：万家桥达奉天怀德；北：万宝山镇达农安。吉长铁路自吉林历德惠入。站四：饮马河、卡伦、长春、头道沟。在府西北与东清接。日俄战后，长春以北属俄之东清，以南属日本南满铁道会社。俄站宽城子，曰长春驿。商埠，光绪三十一年中日约开。 |
