二月丁酉，召松筠為都察院左都御史。以富俊為吉林將軍，穆彰阿為理藩院尚書、軍機大臣。江南河道總督黎世序卒，以張文浩代之。己亥，御經筵。甲寅，上奉皇太后幸南苑。丁巳，上行圍。己未，上奉皇太后還宮。是月，給江蘇銅山縣災民一月口糧。調毓岱為江西巡撫，以康紹鏞為廣西巡撫。丁亥，上閱健銳營兵。初彭齡罷，以陳若霖為工部尚書。

八月，以嵩孚為刑部尚書，調康紹鏞為湖南巡撫，以蘇成額為廣西巡撫。己未，御經筵。以陳中孚為漕運總督，調成格為廣東巡撫，以武隆阿為江西巡撫。

康紹鏞，字蘭皋，山西興縣人，江西廣信知府基淵子。嘉慶四年進士，授兵部主事，充軍機章京。累遷郎中，擢鴻臚寺少卿。十八年，滑縣教匪起，紹鏞隨扈，以畿輔、山東、河南地形險易，將帥賢否，各鎮兵籍，列冊進御，受仁宗知。會有大名民人司敬武等十餘人傭工熱河、錦州，聞畿南寇起，馳歸，過山海關，關吏執之，誣其預聞逆謀，命紹鏞偕內閣學士文孚往鞫，白其誣，釋之。劾副都統以下，論如律。歷通政司參議、大理寺少卿。
