69  | 第八輩羅布藏班墊格曲吉札克丹巴貝汪曲，年二十九。至第九輩羅布藏吐巴丹曲吉宜瑪格勒克拉木結，光緒十八年正月，迎至扎什倫布坐床，賞其外祖父期差汪布本身輔國公。三十一年，英人入藏，詔班禪留後藏鎮攝。十一月，班禪隨英皇子游歷印度，有泰勸阻，不從。十二月，由印回藏，諭以情詞恭順，原擅行出境之咎勿治，諄令恪供職守。張蔭棠奏班禪受英唆使，屢與達賴牴牾，而全藏實權仍歸達賴替身掌握。電告外務部，請以恩澤籠絡班禪，並羈縻達賴，勿急旋藏。既而達賴將由西寧起程，班禪請自迎之，而實不行。達賴抵拉薩，班禪即請覲。諭訓聯豫等，班禪來京，於藏中情形是否相宜。其後達賴獨立，班禪亦不克安於藏矣。 |
