175  | 四月甲子，裁各省民壯捕役，改設巡警。綏來地震。乙丑，御史趙啟霖坐污衊親貴褫職。辛未，更定東三省官制，奉天、吉林、黑龍江各設行省公署，以總督為長官，巡撫為次官，置左右參贊，分領承宣、諮議兩廳，分設交涉、旗務、民政、提學、度支、勸業、蒙務七司，各置司使，及提法使、督練處等官。己卯，祈雨。辛巳，以江北水災，嚴米糧出口禁。丁亥，定陸海軍官制，陸軍部設兩廳十司，軍諮處五司，海軍部六司。戊子，命衍聖公孔令貽稽察山東學務。 |
