54  | 秋七月辛丑，加封和碩德豫親王多鐸為輔政叔德豫親王。癸卯，建射殿於左翼門外。甲辰，免徐州上年荒賦。己酉，封敖漢部額駙班第子墨爾根巴圖魯為多羅郡王。癸丑，以申朝紀為宣大總督。丁巳，鄖陽賊王光代用永歷年號，聚眾作亂，命侍郎喀喀木等剿之。戊午，改馬國柱為江南江西河南總督。甲子，詔曰：「中原底定，聲教遐敷。惟粵東尚為唐藩所阻，嶺海怨咨，已非一日。用移南伐之師，席卷惠、潮，遂達省會。念爾官民，初非後至，一切罪犯，咸赦除之。逋賦橫徵，概與豁免。民年七十以上，加錫粟帛。所在節孝者旌，山林有才德者錄用。南海諸國能鄉化者，待之如朝鮮。」丙寅，以祝世昌為山西巡撫。丁卯，上幸邊外閱武。是日，駐沙河。 |
