44  | 夏四月丁酉，以給事中黃爵滋奏，命各省督撫興復書院，選擇山長，查保甲，修水利，籌積貯，嚴禁扣餉派兵積弊，查究偷漏洋稅，並禁紋銀出洋及私鑄洋銀。戊戌，除直隸樂亭縣水沖官地租賦。丁未，儀郡王綿志卒。甲寅，臨故儀順郡王綿志第賜奠。以其子奕絪襲貝勒。丁巳，命侍郎趙盛奎、在籍前河督嚴烺會同富呢揚阿查勘浙江塘工。辛酉，以蘇清阿為伊犁參贊大臣。甲子，上詣田村孝慎皇后梓宮前行周年祭禮。是月，貸山西岳陽等十二州廳縣歉收民屯倉穀。 |
