59  | 十二月己未朔，上復詣大高殿祈雪。戊辰，授魏元煜兩江總督，以顏檢為漕運總督。己卯，召明山來京，以長齡為雲貴總督。高堰決口合龍。以慶保為烏里雅蘇臺將軍，那清安為熱河都統，明山為刑部尚書，穆彰阿署。是月，給雲南太和等三縣災民、景東廳屬鹽井灶戶一月口糧及修屋費，江蘇高郵等五州縣災民並清河廳災民一月口糧。 |
