41  | 十四年春正月丁卯朔，辛未，文孚免正黃旗領侍衛內大臣，以載銓代之。丁丑，緬甸貢使聶紐耶公那牙卒於京師。庚辰，廣東儋州黎匪作亂，飭盧坤剿之。甲申，以浙江杭州等府災，免外商及浙民運米關稅。福建永安等縣土匪手虜人勒贖，捕治之。允浙江杭州、湖州兩府所屬漕糧紅白兼收，秈稉並納。丁亥，命潘世恩在軍機大臣上行走。戊子，以三載考績予長齡等議敘。命松筠以都統銜休致。祁𡎴奏越南諒山解圍，七泉夷州知州阮文泉等求入關，拒之。是月，賑直隸曲陽縣貧民。給江蘇上元等八縣、浙江海寧等四州縣、江西南昌等二十二縣上年災歉口糧籽種。貸山西朔州等十州縣、陜西葭州等十四州廳縣、江西南昌等六縣、湖北武昌等十八州縣衛、湖南澧州等四州縣、甘肅皋蘭等九州廳縣上年被災倉穀口糧籽種。 |
