| 31 | 三年，詔以博羅充克克地給阿拉善郡王阿寶居之，鈐青海族屬，越七載始撤歸。是年，青海和碩特、土爾扈特、準噶爾、輝特、喀爾喀及察罕諾捫汗各授扎薩克，鑄「總理青海蒙古番子事務」關防，遣大臣齎鎮其地，轄所部扎薩克。岳鍾琪復奏：「親王察罕丹津、鎮國公拉扎布等游牧河東，地近河州、松潘各路。前議市納喇薩喇地，地狹，恐不給蒙古需。請改市河州及松潘。河州定於土門關附近雙城堡，松潘定於黃勝關之西河口，二地並有城屋，水草美，互市可久。又郡王額爾德尼額爾克托克托鼐、色布騰扎勒等游牧河西，地近西寧，請改市西寧口外丹噶爾寺。至蒙古歲資牲畜，請每年六月後聽不時當易，庶蒙古商眾獲利益。」允之。 |
