130  | 樊廷柱妻張，襄城人。廷柱早卒，張奉姑撫二子。縣中有無賴子二，倚兵籍為暴，艷張欲汙之。康熙五十五年四月戊申，日方午，姑與其幼子出郭穫麥，二子就塾。二無賴詗張獨居，共入室，張走避。一直前持之，一扼其吭，哧以死，張不為屈。取菜刀揕其面，為所奪。入室就床側解佩刀，刀長操其室，方出，又為無賴奪，遂共曳張使伏，張輒躍而起，屢僕屢立。捽其發，縷縷脫，呼益急。二無賴度終不可犯，一拾所解刀斫張額，張僕，一取菜刀斷其喉，遂死。鄰見二無賴出自張室，衣漬血，告官。縣吏憚兵家子，欲坐廷柱弟宣，民大譁，乃以疑獄上。後四年，河道周銓元署按察使，察獄辭，詫曰：「此何名疑獄？城中殺人，非荒野；日午，非昏夜。且殺人者有主名，此何名疑獄？」下縣逮二無賴，一前數月發狂死，將死，自承殺張；一戮於市。 |
