107  | 十二月乙丑，詔免雲南二十一年至二十三年民欠。丙寅，上朝皇太后於慈寧新宮。戊辰，以張英為工部尚書。乙亥，內大臣索額圖疏報與鄂羅斯立約，定尼布楚為界，立碑界上，以五體文書碑。 |

| 7 | 二十八年冬十二月，與俄定黑龍江界，立約七條。先是俄使臣費嶽多羅額里克謝等由陸路至喀爾喀土謝圖汗境，文移往復。至是始與領侍衛內大臣索額圖等會議於黑龍江：一，循烏倫穆河相近格爾必齊河上游之石大興安嶺以至於海，凡山南流入黑龍江之溪河盡屬中國，山北溪河盡屬俄。一，循流入黑龍江之額爾古訥河為界，南岸盡屬中國，北岸盡屬俄。乃歸中國雅克薩、尼布楚二城。定市於喀爾喀東部之庫倫。立石於黑龍江兩岸，刊泐會議條款，用滿、漢、拉提諾、蒙古、俄羅斯五體文字。是為尼布楚條約。自後貿易之使每歲間歲一至，未嘗稍違節制。 |
