99  | 十一月己未，越南王疏請會剿河陽、興化、山西、宣光邊地諸匪。諭劉長佑、馮子材議奏。辛酉，法、越構釁，法兵破河內省城，越匪擾北寧。越人求援。諭瑞麟飭軍由欽州出關，會桂軍援剿之。甲子，御史吳可讀請將成祿明正典刑。己巳，岑毓英奏整頓吏治營伍，並請撤勇停捐，自雲南始。詔嘉之。庚午，疏濬運河。壬申，成祿論斬。吳可讀坐刺聽朝政降調。 |
