53  | 冬十月乙未，沈葆楨丁憂，命百日後仍經理船政。丙申，命劉銘傳督辦陜西軍務。諭嚴禁四川州縣苛派。撥款續賑北山難民。辛丑，以江北漕船阻淺，由陸路轉運臨清。甲辰，天津制造局成。庚戌，日本請立約通商，允總署遴員議約。辛亥，免科布多貢貂。壬子，裁三口通商大臣，命直隸總督經理，如南洋大臣例，給欽差大臣關防。嚴諭疆吏慎密交涉，有漏洩者立誅之。丙辰，以水旱疊見，詔修省。戊午，移周盛傳軍衛畿輔。陜回禹生彥等竄平番，官軍失利，提督張萬美等死之。庚申，設直隸津海關道。劉錦棠各軍克漢伯等堡，合圍金積堡。 |
