19  | 夏四月戊午，命賽尚阿馳赴廣西接辦軍務。己未，命戶部左侍郎舒興阿為軍機大臣。庚申，上禦乾清門聽政。恤廣西中伏陣亡副將齊清阿等世職。詔以李星沅等毫無成算，中賊奸計，切責之。以鄭祖琛養癰貽患，遣戍伊犁。丙寅，周天爵奏洪秀全等眾皆散處，山險路熟，伺間沖突，即敗不足以大創。此時兵力不足，專飭防守。須兵有餘力，乃可連營偪剿。得旨：「務當嚴防，勿令竄逸。」賽尚阿師行，賜遏必隆刀，命天津鎮總兵長瑞、涼州鎮總兵長壽從征。庚午，免直隸道光三十年民欠錢糧。周天爵奏劾右江鎮總兵惠慶、右江道慶吉剿賊不力，均奪職。丙子，李星沅奏剿滅上林墟會匪。癸未，李星沅卒。烏蘭泰奏，四月初三日，抵武宣軍營。查詢賊勢，類皆烏合。惟武宣東鄉會匪有眾萬餘，蓄發易服，有偽王、偽官名目，實廣西腹心之患。得旨：「賊情狡獪，務當持重。」 |
