14  | 秋七月丁亥，考定歷法，為時憲歷。戊子，巴哈納、石廷柱會葉臣軍定山西。壬辰，以吳孳昌為宣大山西總督，方大猷為山東巡撫。癸巳，以遷都祭告上帝、陵廟。丁酉，故明德王朱由縢降。時故明福王朱由崧即位江南，改元弘光，以史可法為大學士，駐揚州督師，總兵劉澤清、劉良佐、黃得功、高傑分守江北。己亥，山東巡按朱朗鑅啟新補官吏仍以紗帽圓領臨民蒞事。睿親王多爾袞諭：「軍事方殷，衣冠禮樂未遑制定。近簡各官，姑依明式。」庚子，設故明長陵以下十四陵官吏。辛丑，免盛京滿、漢額輸糧草布疋。壬寅，大赦，除正額外一切加派。癸卯，罷內監徵收涿州、寶坻皇莊稅糧。甲辰，以楊方興為河南總督，馬國柱為山西巡撫，陳錦為登萊巡撫。免山東稅，如河北例。壬子，睿親王以書致史可法，勸其主削號歸藩。可法答書不屈。以王文奎為保定巡撫，羅繡錦為河南巡撫。裁六部蒙古侍郎。癸丑，雨雹。是月，建乾清宮。 |
