45  | 二月癸亥，朝日於東郊。丙寅，諭曰：「言官為耳目之司，朕屢求直言，期遇綦切。乃每閱章奏，實心為國者少，比黨徇私者多，朕甚不取。其滌肺腸以新政治。」以金之俊為國史院大學士。庚午，甄別直省督撫，黜陟有差。丙子，始耕耤田。戊寅，免江西缺額丁賦。辛巳，命尚可喜專鎮廣東，耿繼茂移駐桂林。壬午，以馬鳴珮為宣大山西總督，耿焞為山東巡撫，陳應泰為山西巡撫，林天擎為湖廣巡撫，黃圖安為寧夏巡撫。癸未，官軍復平遠縣。甲申，諭曰：「比年以來，軍興未息，供億孔殷，益以水旱，小民艱食，有司失於拊循，流離載道。朕心惻然，不遑寢處。即核庫儲，亟圖賑撫。」己丑，免河南州縣衛所十年災賦。庚寅，以李蔭祖為直隸山東河南總督。 |
