84  | 十四年春正月辛亥，祈穀於上帝，以太祖武皇帝配。癸丑，以魏裔介為左都御史。甲寅，宜爾德師還。乙卯，以張懸錫為直隸山東河南總督。官軍敗鄭成功將於烏龍江，又敗之於惠安縣。戊午，諭曰：「制科取士，計吏薦賢，皆朝廷公典。臣子乃以市恩，甚無謂也。師生之稱，必道德相成，授受有自，方足當之。豈可攀援權勢，無端親暱。考官所得，及薦舉屬吏，輒號門生。賄賂公行，徑竇百出，鉆營黨附，相煽成風。朕欲大小臣工杜絕弊私，恪守職事，犯者論罪。」修金陵寢。庚申，以盧崇峻為宣大總督。甲子，諭曰：「我國家之興，治兵有法。今八旗人民，怠於武事，遂至軍旅隳敝，不及曩時。皆由限年定額，考取生童，鄉會兩試，即得錄用，及各衙門考取他赤哈哈番、筆帖式，徒以文字得官，遷轉甚速，以故人樂趨之。其一切停止。」丁卯，封猛峨、塔爾納為多羅郡王，多爾博為多羅貝勒，皇貴妃父鄂碩為三等伯。 |
