33  | 夏四月丁酉，親試翰林官成克鞏等。庚子，御太和殿，召見朝覲官，諭遣之。諭曰：「國家官人，內任者習知紀綱，外任者諳於民俗，內外★歷，方見真才。今親試詞臣，其未留任者，量予改授，照詞臣外轉舊例，優予司、道各官。」始諭吏部、都察院舉京察。甲辰，免湖南六年至九年逋賦、山西夏縣荒賦。丙午，以佟國器為福建巡撫。丁未，以圖海為弘文院大學士。壬子，以旱，下詔求直言，省刑獄。甲寅，命提學御史、提學道清釐學政。定學額，禁冒濫。改折民間充解物料，行一條鞭法。丁巳，定滿官離任持服三年例。己未，以成克鞏為吏部尚書。癸亥，免福州等六府九年以前荒賦三之一。 |
