86  | 冬十月戊辰，廓爾喀貢使入覲。己巳，賑河南安陽等十六縣災民，蠲緩新舊額賦有差。己卯，免嵇璜、阿桂翰林院掌院學士，以和珅、彭元瑞代之。壬午，賑直隸河間、任丘五州縣旱災，並免順天等十三府州屬被災旗民額賦。乙酉，郭世燾奏英吉利遣使，請由天津進貢，允之。丁亥，以鄂輝隱匿廓爾喀謝恩表貢褫職，交福康安等嚴鞫之。賑陜西咸陽等十四州縣旱災。癸巳，調圖桑阿為綏遠城將軍。 |
