115  | 夏四月辛卯，臺灣彰化匪徒陳周全等作亂，陷縣城，尋復之。癸巳，竇光鼐以會試衡文失當，降調。以朱珪為左都御史，仍留廣東巡撫任。己亥，以魁倫劾洋盜肆行，命浦霖來京候旨，調姚棻為福建巡撫，以魁倫署之，江蘭為雲南巡撫。庚子，賜王以銜等一百十一人進士及第出身有差。癸卯，賞會試薦卷文理較優之舉人徐炘、傅淦、李端內閣中書。戊申，上詣廣潤祠祈雨。是夜，雨。丁未，免貴州官兵經過地方本年額賦有差。福康安等奏克黃瓜寨。己酉，以福寧、惠齡經理湖南軍務未竣，命蘇凌阿仍署兩江總督，費淳為安徽巡撫。庚戌，免福建龍溪等四縣上年水災額賦有差。匪首陳周全等伏誅。 |
