29  | 秋七月癸未朔，皇太后懿旨：「嫻貴妃那拉氏繼體坤寧，先冊立為皇貴妃，攝行六宮事。」丁亥，免福建長樂等二縣上年旱災額賦。戊子，諭訥親等速奏進兵方略。壬辰，貸山東農民籽種銀。免江蘇宿遷上年水災額賦。甲午，命高斌會周學健勘河、湖疏洩事宜。乙未，以山西永濟等五縣歉收，撫恤之。戊戌，德沛免，調達勒黨阿為吏部尚書，以盛安為刑部尚書。辛丑，賑直隸青縣等二十九州縣旱災。癸卯，阿里袞請減饑民掠奪罪，諭斥為寬縱養奸，不許。賑山東歷城等二十九州縣水雹等災。丙午，常安論絞。 |
