107  | 六月丁卯，詔曰：「朕夙夜求治，念切民依。邇年水旱頻仍，盜賊未息，兼以貪吏朘削，民力益占，朕甚憫焉。部院科道諸臣，其以民間疾苦，作何裨益，各抒所見以聞。」戊辰，敕改造觀象臺儀器。壬申，詔復輔臣蘇克薩哈官及世職，其從子白爾圖立功邊徼，被枉尤酷，復其世職，均令其子承襲。戊寅，詔滿兵有規占民間房地者，永行禁止，仍還諸民。以米思翰為戶部尚書。戊子，詔宗人有罪，遽絕屬籍，心有不忍。自順治十八年以來，宗人削籍者，宗人府詳察以聞。 |
