波斯皂莢，出波斯國，呼為忽野詹默。拂林呼為阿梨去伐。樹長三四丈，圍五六尺。葉似拘綠而短小，經寒不凋。不花而實。其莢長二尺，中有隔，隔內各有一子。大如指，赤色，至堅硬。中黑如墨。甜如飴。可噉，亦宜藥用
